Overview

The Account Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts, working to strengthen relationships, ensure successful project delivery, and identify opportunities for growth. This role collaborates closely with leadership, designers, developers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that projects run smoothly from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering positive, professional relationships built on trust and responsiveness.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, brand, and ongoing initiatives to proactively identify future opportunities or areas for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring expectations are clearly set and feedback is managed effectively.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate all aspects of ongoing client projects, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and internal resource scheduling.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings such as kickoffs, milestone reviews, and new project inquiries.
  • Prepare and present weekly project status updates to leadership, summarizing progress, risks, and next steps.

Operational Support

  • Provide occasional project assistance, including website content population, QA testing, and minor functionality validation when needed.
  • Manage initial intake and assignment of client support tickets through Freshdesk, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Handle new project setup across internal systems including Harvest (time tracking/budgeting), Jira (project management), and coordination with the CFO for billing.
  • Support the business development process by creating new prospective client profiles in Proposify (proposal software) and Pipedrive (CRM pipeline).
